• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card details)

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Process transactions and send related information
• Send push notifications on your behalf to your app users
• Generate AI-powered recommendations for your store
• Respond to customer support requests

3. Shopify Data

When you connect your Shopify store, we access product, collection, and order data solely to power the features of the Service. We do not sell this data to third parties.

4. Data Storage and Security

Data is stored securely in Google Firebase (Firestore) with encryption at rest. Shopify access tokens are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before storage.

5. Third-Party Services

• Stripe — Payment processing
• OpenAI — AI-powered recommendations

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us or using the account settings in the dashboard.

8. Cookies

We use a session cookie (__session) solely for authentication purposes. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
