By accessing and using Mobikur ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Mobikur is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that enables Shopify merchants to create branded mobile applications. The Service includes product synchronization, push notifications, AI-powered growth tools, and related features.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Shopify Integration

Use of Shopify's platform is subject to Shopify's own Terms of Service. Mobikur is not affiliated with or endorsed by Shopify Inc.

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to transmit spam, to infringe intellectual property rights, or to interfere with the Service's infrastructure.

7. Data Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mobikur shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
